BiographyDrafted in the 1st Round - 21st overall by the Tigers in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft, Tyler joined the Tigers as a late season call up during the 2007-08 season, the St. Albert, AB native recorded his 1st career WHL win in his only start against the Edmonton Oil Kings. At the conclusion of the 2009-10 WHL Season, Tyler captured the Tigers Scholastic Player of the Year award for the second consecutive year, while also being named Tigers CO-MVP of the 2010 WHL Playoffs. Selected by Edmonton Oilers 5th round - (121st overall) 2010 NHL Entry Draft. ![]()
